Last updated: April 28, 2026
By using ToolStack(“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
ToolStack provides free, browser-based utilities. All tools run on your device; we do not store or process your inputs on our servers.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or regulation;
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer infrastructure;
- Scrape, frame, or rehost the Service's content without permission;
- Use the tools to create or distribute malware, phishing content, or spam.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the tools will be error-free, available, or fit for any particular purpose. Always verify critical output (especially around encoding, hashing, and PDF security) before relying on it in production.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolStack and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The ToolStack name, logo, design, and source code are the property of their respective owners. The output you generate using the tools belongs to you.
6. Third-party content
Some tools rely on open-source libraries and third-party services (font delivery, hosting, optional ads). Their respective licenses and terms apply.
7. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
